The Canada-Saskatchewan Business Service Centre (CSBSC) is managed through federal-provincial agreements to provide a single, seamless gateway to information for businesses. In Western Canada, these centres are part of Western Economic Diversification Canada's (WD) Western Canada Business Service Network, with offices in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon and Winnipeg.

The CSBSC is a regional gateway to business information. CSBSC operates under the name of business infosource and provides the following services:

• Business start-up kits and information for entrepreneurs.
• Extensive collection of information resources including How-to guides for starting and operating hundreds of businesses including business-planning templates.
• Business and trade database/business information library. 
• Access to the Aboriginal Business Services Network.
• Toll-free telephone service/Internet access.
•  Online business products:
  • Interactive Business Planner
  • Business Startup Assistant
  • On-line Small Business Workshop
• Guest Advisor Program.
• Seminars and workshops for small business and entrepreneurs.
• Front-line support and referral service for Trade Team Saskatchewan partners handling general export and trade inquires.
